Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern website development services provided by KishoreWeb (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operated by Kishore, to clients (“you” or “client”).

1. One-Time Development Scope

KishoreWeb operates on a one-time project investment model. Development fees cover the agreed deliverables outlined in your selected package (Basic, Professional, Premium) or custom written quote. We do not charge recurring monthly development retainers unless separately requested as a maintenance contract.

2. Domain Names & Cloud Hosting

Third-party services required for live web hosting and domain registration (.in, .com, etc.) remain the property of the client. Unless explicitly agreed in writing, clients pay their chosen domain registrar and hosting infrastructure provider directly so they retain full legal ownership.

3. Review & Revisions

Clients are provided with staging previews to review design, text, and functionality. Revisions within the agreed project scope are accommodated promptly. Substantial additions outside the agreed initial package scope may require an adjusted timeline or custom quotation.

4. Realistic Expectations

KishoreWeb delivers high-quality, modern, mobile-friendly code and local SEO structure. However, we do not make unrealistic promises or guarantees regarding specific revenue figures, overnight foot traffic, or guaranteed third-party algorithmic search positions.

5. Governing Law

Any disputes arising in connection with website development services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
